Glutamine is a chemical compound, belonging to the group of non- essential amino acids. Significant part of glutamine, as many as 70%, is synthesised in an organism, most of all in skeletal muscles, from glutamic acid and ammonia. Only 30% of glutamine is supplied to organism with food. Glutamine is also essential in the process of glutathione synthesis- strong autosomal antioxidant.

L- glutamine as a supplement, efficiently replenishes glutamine’ s deficiencies appeared as a result of intensive strength workouts. • Τις μέρες προπόνησης πάρτε 1 serving (5gr), διαλυμένο σε 300ml νερό ή χυμό, το πρωί και 1 serving (5gr) αμέσως μετά την προπόνηση.
• Τις μέρες χωρίς προπόνηση πάρτε 1 serving (5gr) το πρωί και 1 serving (5gr) αμέσως πριν τον ύπνο.
